Part pop-up, part retail space, Express Care PDX was an experiment in bringing health care directly to busy travelers.
With a long term, but ultimately time-limited lease, Providence Express Care took the opportunity to add to the many retail options available on the concourse of Portland International Airport, a uniquely health care focused experience. Both travelers and airport employees were able to take advantage of the services, within the secure perimeter of the concourse environment.
Offering a traveler centric, over-the-counter pharmacy experience, along with the opportunity to interact virtually with a healthcare provider, the space was a one-of-a kind environment for the airport.
